Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal.
You are not required to have (or start) a PayPal account to utilize this service.

An electronic invoice will be sent upon confirmation for those wishing to pay for their stay in full via credit card.

Reservation Policies

Deposit. A 50% deposit is required before
we can confirm your reservation.

Payments. We gladly accept cash or check to pay for your stay upon arrival. Credit cards are also accepted and your stay must be paid in full prior to your arrival.

Cancellations. If you should cancel, we will be happy to refund your deposit if we can make another
reservation for that time.

Smoking and pets. Due to the nature of our accommodations, we do not allow smoking nor pets.

Occupancy Tax. Local and state taxes are 15% in
addition to the quoted reservation amount.

Special Dates: Some weekends have a minimum two-night stay. Discount rates may not apply to some dates such as university homecomings and special events.
